I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Stokes Kia of Goose Creek. My vehicle 2025 Kia Sorento was in their service department for over a month. I had to take my car to a different dealership, where they fixed it on the first try. I also incurred significant costs, including towing and rental expenses for nearly 30 days. As someone with over 20 years in the dealership business, I found their service department to be completely incompetent. More

I have been to many, many dealerships in my lifetime, but my overall experience with this Service Department has been the most negative ever. Everytime I pulled into the service bay, I had to get out of the my overall experience with this Service Department has been the most negative ever. Everytime I pulled into the service bay, I had to get out of the car and go inside to receive service. Instructions and expectations pertaining to the drop-off for warranty work was not adequately articulated. Thus I ended up leaving the car unexpectedly for several days. No courtesy vehicle service was available. I was told that Kia does not offer such a service. Overall communication with alleged service department professionals was a big bust!! 😔 More
