I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Stokes Kia of Goose Creek. My vehicle 2025 Kia Sorento was in their service department for over a month. After two attempts, I was told it was a high-pressure fuel pump issue, but the problem persisted after picking it up. I had to take my car to a different dealership, where they fixed it on the first try. I also incurred significant costs, including towing and rental expenses for nearly 30 days. As someone with over 20 years in the dealership business, I found their service department to be completely incompetent. More

From start to finish, he was patient, kind, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to walk me through all my options, answered every question honestly, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. The only reason I didn’t buy was because I realized I need a little more time to decide exactly what I want I’m being extra thoughtful about this purchase. But when I am ready, I know exactly where I’m going and who I’m asking for. If you want someone who truly listens and treats you like a person, not just a sale, go see Justin at Stokes Kia. I have been to many, many dealerships in my lifetime, but my overall experience with this Service Department has been the most negative ever. Everytime I pulled into the service bay, I had to get out of the my overall experience with this Service Department has been the most negative ever. Everytime I pulled into the service bay, I had to get out of the car and go inside to receive service. Instructions and expectations pertaining to the drop-off for warranty work was not adequately articulated. Thus I ended up leaving the car unexpectedly for several days. No courtesy vehicle service was available. I was told that Kia does not offer such a service. Overall communication with alleged service department professionals was a big bust!! 😔 More
