Utterly disappointed and displeased. You guys sold me a 2023 car at a 2024 price. I was a victim of a car theft which brought me to Lexus from the start and I honestly feel I have been v You guys sold me a 2023 car at a 2024 price. I was a victim of a car theft which brought me to Lexus from the start and I honestly feel I have been victimized all over again. I found the original invoice in the car and immediately came in to discuss how my sale price was only $6,000 under the original sticker price 3 years later. Andrew tried to convenience me it was reasonable. He said how my cost was justified by the resell value of Lexus. He said they retains their value knowing that car is currently only valued in the low 30k range. To validate my position, I found several 2024 cars with similar mileage for the same price I paid for this 2023. So tell me how am I supposed to be satisfied with this dealership?😔 More
