Everything is pre determined and set by mainland, sales staff hands tied, service department always told me my 4 year old fully loaded F150 was top shape when I had an 8 year warranty and free service; until I tried trading in and all of a sudden it was a maintenance mess and not worth even half of KBB. Went to Cutter Ford walked out same night with fully loaded F250 and got my trade in value that I thought fair. More

The salesman, financier and the sales manager didn’t play any games and made me feel comfortable. The decision was mine to make and they respected that and added no pressure what so ever.
