I was in and out of the dealership with my new truck in about two hours. I spent more time at other dealerships going back and forth playing the numbers game. Everyone was professional. The salesman, financier and the sales manager didn’t play any games and made me feel comfortable. The decision was mine to make and they respected that and added no pressure what so ever. My only regret is I didn’t go to Honolulu Ford first. I definitely will be going to them again. More

Professional customer service Chad was most helpful in making sure the part to correct my horn issue came in in a timely manner and had it installed as soon as it came in. Knowing Chad was most helpful in making sure the part to correct my horn issue came in in a timely manner and had it installed as soon as it came in. Knowing that it was a safety issue he took care of it promptly. Even though it was a new purchase he also had the car go through a safety check to make sure everything else was ok. More
