This is the absolute worst dealership to work with. They sell luxury cars with the worst customer service I have ever seen. I WENT TO LOOK AT A 2023 GMC YUKON DENALI. MICHELLE WAS MY SALES LADY & SHE WAS ABSOLUTLEY WONDERFUL. SHE HAS AN AWESOME PERSONALITY, I FELT EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE, AS CAR SHOPPING CAN BE GRUEL MICHELLE WAS MY SALES LADY & SHE WAS ABSOLUTLEY WONDERFUL. SHE HAS AN AWESOME PERSONALITY, I FELT EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE, AS CAR SHOPPING CAN BE GRUELING. I HAD SOME ISSUES WITH MY HUSBAND NOT BEING ABLE TO GET TO THE DEALERSHIP TO SIGN FOR THE TRADE IN. AFTER SPENDING NEARLY 5 HOURS AT THE DEALERSHIP , I WAS TOLD THEY COULDNT GO THROUGH W/ THE SALE BECAUSE MY HUSBAND NEEDED TO SIGN. (UNDERSTANDABLE) I WAS BEYOND DEVASTATED, I FELL IN LOVE WITH THAT CAR. KEVIN THE SALES MANAGER CAME OUT AND TALKED TO ME AND SAID THEY WILL HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR 2 WEEKS SO THEY COULD ACCOMADATE US. ON THE RIDE HOME, MICHELLE CALLED ME AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD BE HAPPY TO DELIVER THE VEHICLE TO MY HOUSE (OVER AN HOURS AWAY) I COULDNT EVEN BELIEVE THE GENEROSITY. NOT ONLY DID THAT DEALERSHIP AND SALES GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME, EVEN WHEN THEY DIDNT HAVE TO, THEY ALSO REPLACED A DAMANGED REAR LIFT GATE AFTER THE SALE WENT THROUGH. I WILL ALWAYS BE COMING BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP.
