Helpful...Respectful...Positive ...Consumer Oriented February 5, 2020 - Received an email from "Buick Team" indicating there was zero financing available. February 7, 2020 - Went to See Bruce Casinelli February 5, 2020 - Received an email from "Buick Team" indicating there was zero financing available. February 7, 2020 - Went to See Bruce Casinelli to make an appointment to see him regarding the email announcing zero financing. That particular day Bruce did not have an appointment until the afternoon so we talked that morning.. I showed him the email I received about zero financing. First he had to check to make sure the zero financing was on the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted with zero financing. From there we proceeded to complete all the formalities necessary to purchase the vehicle. February 14, 2020 I was able to pick up the car. I brought the information from my computer to O'Reilly's so I could use my GM Card points and My Buick Rewards points ...and Stuart Krechmer found another online coupon that I could use towards the purchase of the vehicle. Bruce helped me set up Onstar in my new vehicle and also Sirius Radio. Bruce called Onstar and Sirius Radio to accomplish the set up in the new vehicle. Bruce matched up my cell phone in the new vehicle as well. The vehicle had a full tank of gas ..I was very appreciative of the gas. I have always had a positive experience purchasing my vehicles at O'Reilly's and Bruce is very knowledgeable sales consultant. More
