I cannot express how happy I am with my purchase of a 2020 GMC Terrain. I requested information on it as I have had my eye on this vehicle since February! I spoke with Steve and told him the situation I was was in (an upside down loan, yuck, I know) I told him what I would like to be in and what my goal was for payments. He was super honest upfront which I appreciate from a dealership, he didn’t give me a run around. I met with him in person to run numbers, he was the most down to earth sales person I have ever met. I felt like I knew him for a life time, it wasn’t just complete business and trying to sell a car with him, he connects with you on a friendly level. I will for sure buy all of vehicles from Steve at this dealership. If you want to work with a sales man that doesn’t haggle and hassle you, go see Steve B! I walked out with the exact vehicle I wanted, I felt good about the purchase, I didn’t feel I was getting a run for my money or time. Steve was honest and the best! Thanks so much Steve B.
