He was so professional, polite, and not pushy to sell me anything. I went back and forth for 2 weeks communicating with Jack and he was so understanding and again never pushy or trying to rush me into making a decision. We decided to buy the car and the paperwork process was also so easy and relaxing. No stress, no gimmicks, pure professionalism from everyone in that location. Reviewed the desired features which led Jack to find an blue-emerald GMC Terrain in area stock. Next we worked on the monthly payment plan and Jack came back with figures we could work with. Delivery date was set up - note: Jack has off on Monday - and the final paperwork was performed with Stuart Krechmer and " docu-scan " which is as amazing as Stuart.
