For us, all three times have been a charm, Stu Fogler has totally spoiled car buying for my family and I. There is that saying "three times a charm". For us, all three times have been a charm, with Ramsey Acura. This is our third Acura that we purchased from Ramsey. First was my wife's 2012 MDX, last year it was my son's TLX and just this past Saturday my wife traded in her MDX for a 2016 CPO MDX. The constant here is Stu. Called him on Friday, told him I was going to be there on Saturday after 1:30pm. He saw my wife and I. Gave us the keys for the MDX so we could take it for a drive and basically we were sold on the car. Wrap it up, i'll take it. Sale done Saturday. Picked up car on Monday. Here is the difference. I've gone to dealers where the salesperson does not directly talk to whomever is buying the car, for example, my son or my wife. Total lack of respect for the person who is your customer. I may be there but its a car for my wife or my son. I tell Stu who the car is for and he talks to that person. He shows respect, attentiveness, understanding, and takes all the stress out of purchasing a car because I trust him. He's done right by me and I know he will continue to. It's a testament to the entire Ramsey Acura family.. Stu is the best. What am I going to do when he retires?? OH NO!!! More
