We've been spoiled! Should have written this years ago but now im doing a 2 for 1 special. This is the second Acura that we purchase from Ramsey. First one was a 2012 MDX Should have written this years ago but now im doing a 2 for 1 special. This is the second Acura that we purchase from Ramsey. First one was a 2012 MDX for my wife. We walked in to the dealer not even thinking of buying a car. Met with Stu. He was great. No pressure, spoke to us, and we said we would think about it. Got home, my wife looked at me and she said, "This is the first car dealership I've gone to that I felt that the person talking to me was honest, respectful and was not about the hard sell". I called Stu back and told him he had a deal. Picked up the car the next day and have not had any regrets. Fast forward 5 years. Son wants to get a car. Finally decides on a TSX. I know exactly where to go. I call Stu, tell him I'm coming in on Monday at 7 pm. He's got a car ready for my son to test drive. Can't get the smile out of my son's face after he drives the car. Make a long story short, he picked up the TSX yesterday. Hands down two of the best experiences I ever had buying a car. Thanks for making this process so totally painless and quick. Stu has now totally spoiled my son as he has witnessed in person the kind of professionalism and honesty that is not often displayed in your line of business. He will come to expect that from others and may come away disappointed. Now he knows where he can always get the treatment and the attention that people look for when buying a car. Now all that is left is for me to get my Acura. Thanks again, Stu. More

I decided to Trade -in my '14 TL for a '17 MDX I have come back to Acura Ramsey for their ease of pricing, knowledgeable staff and genuine care and outstanding car service! Joe Rauch, Stewart Fogler provided me with excellent / competitive Sales support bare none. David Schnapper in Finance provided me with a variety of finance options, some that i did not even think of ! As I am a return Acura Customer for both mine and my wife's car Tom Sabiel, Charles Lakham and Danny Rivera in service have been amazing through the years along with the service engineers who have maintained my cars. Their professional support, advice and care makes all the difference for someone like me who drives a lot and depends on high quality care care !!! More
