My experience at Acura of Ramsey was ABSOLUTELY EXTRAORDINARY! After going to a couple of dealers in my area, I was glad to find the perfect one for me here. Emmanuel Cesar and Stuart Fogler were EXTRAORDINARY! After going to a couple of dealers in my area, I was glad to find the perfect one for me here. Emmanuel Cesar and Stuart Fogler were very professional, offered great costumer service, provided a friendly environment, and most importantly, accommodated my every need. Prior to my visit, I talked to Emmanuel on the phone and gave him details of what I wanted and what my budget was. When I got to the dealer, Emmanuel and Stuart catered to exactly what I had mentioned on the phone call and helped with immediately finding what I asked for.....including the exact monthly payment! The finance department was just as resourceful and just as efficient. A few days later when I went to pick up my beautiful RDX, Emmanuel proved to be even more helpful by giving me a tutorial of all of the car features. Even after having my car for a few weeks, Emmanuel shows that he truly cares about his customers by calling in to check on my satisfaction with the car. I highly recommend Acura of Ramsey because it has exceeded my expectations of what a car dealer should be like...and you must work with Emmanuel and Stuart!!! More

This was my third Acura TSX from this dealership and each visit is more pleasant than the last! Mitch and Stuart partnered to get me exactly the car I wanted within my budget. In a short time frame, through storm delays and holidays, my car was there shiny and brand new as promised on my pick up day. My elderly parents accompanied me and both Stuart and Barry went out of their way to make them feel comfortable during our visit. I also know from over 6 years experience that the service staff is equally as nice and accommodating and I look forward to seeing them for my first oil change. I have been leasing with this dealership for my last 3 vehicles, all of which were Acuras. I must admit I rarely ever am impressed with how a car dealer works never mind feeling comfortable and not pressu vehicles, all of which were Acuras. I have dealt with only, Stu, David and Mark every time and they ALL make the process of purchasing a new vehicle exciting and SIMPLE! There are no hassles with this professional dealership. If you are looking for a great price and a very enjoyable car process this is by far a dealership for you. Make sure you ask for either Stu or David because Mark is in the parts department. Mark is still a huge part of my experience because he schedules my oil changes on my schedule and always arranges a loaner car that's ready for me before I even arrive. I am relieved I have found honest salesmen who don't pressure me so that I am confident my deal is the best out there. Make sure you visit this dealership before stressing about finding a car some where else. More
