Worked with Dave via email and phone to check stock and get a price on a 2014 mdx with tech pkg. Dave was very responsive and was able to give me an exact price over the phone and in writing over email, w get a price on a 2014 mdx with tech pkg. I also traded in a 2006 mdx and Dave gave me an accurate price over the phone (which turned out to be the exact price that my car was valued out in trade). I wanted a blue one and Dave told me one would be coming in shortly., but that there was a tech with entertainment on the lot. I came to the dealership on the only day I was available, which happened to be Dave's day off. Stu helped me directly and was awesome - very knowledgeable and gave me the entertainment one in blue for just a little bit more than the other one, so I didn't have to wait and was able to drive off in the new car in about 2 hours. Stu was also a great guy and happened to be someone that made the whole thing very enjoyable - with straight forward pricing without wasting a lot if my time. JBin finance was great too - didn't try to sell me useless things, but was informative and straightforward about items that made sense for me. I bought a car here aBout 10 years ago and was very happy I decided to return. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this team to my friends. I feel I was treated very fairly and the whole process was very pleasant. This is my 4th Acura with Stu Fogler. He has ALWAYS been fabulous. He has taken the time over the years to really get to know my family and always looks out for our crazy particular needs. We love our Acuras but it has been an amazingly easy friendly process everytime we have been ready for a new car... and that is not easy because we are very annoying and demanding. Two years ago, Stu Fogler was highly recommended to me by a friend. I went to Acura of Ramsey and purchased an RDX from him on the spot. Stu listened to my wants and needs for the vehicle and discussed wit a friend. I went to Acura of Ramsey and purchased an RDX from him on the spot. Stu listened to my wants and needs for the vehicle and discussed with me my different options. A few days later I drove out of the dealership with my new car. Each person I met was helpful in the purchasing process. A week ago, I received an email from Stu letting me know that I would be able to purchase an RDX 2014 and pay similar payments. I called him on the phone to find out when he would be there because I only wanted to work with him and I showed up later that day. After spending time with me, showing me the vehicle, looking at my options, I purchased a 2014 Acura RDX. Once again he took the time with me to discuss everything that I wanted to. He listened to what I had to say and worked on the purchase price with me in order to meeting my financial capabilities. In addition, I had the opportunity to work with JB Navarro. JB took the time to explain all of the aspects of the financial obligations. He searched for a better interest rate for me as well as went through each warranty, my credit score (even gave me a print out of all of my information) as well as additional warranties that I may have wanted to purchase. At no time, was a pressured into buying anything or speed up my long questioning process. Both Stu and JB were friendly, patient and understanding of my needs. I give them the highest recommendation and look forward to continue to work with both of them in the future! More
