As I’m sure you have been informed, I had experienced a number of ongoing problems with the purchase of my 2012 Acura TL SH-AWD purchased from your dealership. Tom, Miguel and Ralph were been outstanding troubleshooting and resolving most of the issues. However up until recently I have run into some additional concerns that were very, very challenging to diagnose - Honda Motor Corp in Torrance was notified and needless to say after 15 months of ownership and on and off again issues and repair, the best course of action was to sell the current car and purchase another. Admittedly, I was about to begin the process an seek alternative brands, but in a moment of optimism and genuine concern, Joe Rauch, Acura Ramsey General Manager, contacted me, discussed the issues with obvious real concern, then asked me to come back in to the dealership and let’s see what we could do with either further diagnose and repair to the existing TL or possible alternatives including another new car. After a number of discussions I decided the best option was to trade-in the current car for a new one. Joe along with your Assistant Service Manager, Stuart Fogler did an awesome job finding another SH-AWD TL of my desire and with for a very fair trade-in deal. Most importantly they were attentive to ensure my satisfaction with zero pressure - This was evident through-out the entire process without wavering. As an executive in a service organization I am very familiar with satisfying the needs of you clientele. Your team is tremendous with prompt support, guidance, knowledge and resolution when needed. - True professionals and a one- of- a- kind dealership ! When it is time to replace my better half’s car – I am coming back to Acura Ramsey. More

I just purchased the new ILX from Stuart. I had previously purchased an MDX from Ramsey Acura, and when I was in the market for a new car. Since it had been a few years I called Heron who was my s previously purchased an MDX from Ramsey Acura, and when I was in the market for a new car. Since it had been a few years I called Heron who was my service specialist when I had gotten my MDX (which by the way was the reason I didnt shop any other dealerships) and he referred me to Stuart which was just as great. Stuart took the time and asked me what I needed the car for, to make sure the car would meet our needs. From filling out the app to getting the plates Stuart walked us thru the entire process. He was very kind and very detailed when he was showing us how to use all the features of the car. Overall I could not be happier. As opposed to the normal stressful automoble buying experience, I have found working with Stu Fogler and JB Navarro to be a very pleasant experience. This is the third MDX that I have purchased from th experience, I have found working with Stu Fogler and JB Navarro to be a very pleasant experience. This is the third MDX that I have purchased from this dealership. Stu and I engaged in a very cordial conversation, with no pressure. We agreed on a purchase price that was honest and fair after thoroughly exploring options to buy, lease or purchase my former MDX off of lease. He assisted in all asects of the car delivery and patiently explained all details. He decoded my prior homelink and prior destination settings. He also set up my new homelink, navigation and XM radio settings and paired my cell phone to the bluetooth. When the blue tooth became unpaired Stu immediately said to come over and he paired it again. He even mounted my license plates when no service representatives were around. He is a gentleman who is highly professional. Stu made sure to follow up with a phone call to make sure that everything was OK and reminded me that if I ever need any assistance not to hesitate to call him. JB walked me through the myriad of paperwork that accompanied the MDX delivery answering all of my questions with knowledge, patience and a nice sense of humor. Once again no hard sells. Both of these gentlemen have warm personalties and I cannot recommend this dealership and these individuals more highly. They are assets to the dealership and a credit to the industry. More
