Quick and painless is the best way to describe my experience. I searched all day through multiple dealers in NY and Stuart gave me the best price hands down. NO other dealers came close. I felt like I wasted my day going to other dealers. There was no haggling involved. Stu's price was the lowest everywhere. Once I confirmed that I was buying it, he set it aside and took it off the market despite people calling in and asking for that exact car in my color. I sent him all my information early to get the paperwork started and when I came in to sign the paperwork, it took less than an hour. Stu greeted me like we were old friends and had everything ready. Gave me and my friends Godiva chocolate before we left and told me to let him know once I was home. I'm bringing my aunt here once she decides on a car and I know he'll be giving me the best deal. Bottom line is, if you want a deal that can't be beat, go and give Stu a ring. He will hook you up. More

In my most recent experience the negotiation was straight forward with no hidden agendas or surprises. Start to finish I was in my new vehicle within 3 hours -- amazing!! The staff at Acura of Ramsey are very professional and courteous not to mention mindful of their customers needs'. I would recommend this dealership & I would absolutely lease another vehicle from this dealership. More
