Like lying about a purchase order to get me to pay a unnecessary deposit to "secure a car." Lied about a two-month 2000 mile warranty that apparently doesn't exist. He questioned my ability to car shop at multiple dealers. It's not the best customer service practice to audibly question the intelligence of your customers. More
