Natalia, Cam, Chris who helped us with car tech, and the finance manager were all awesome. The only complaint is possibly our fault. Honestly, the vehicle prep was subpar, and felt a bit rushed - wax residue on black exterior mouldings. 3rd row windows dirty, debris under seats. Infotainment system was not set back to factory, so several profiles pop up. Several other phones still kinked to Bluetooth. Prior driver items under visor. Prior driver paperwork in glove box. Gas tank was under 3/4 full. Yes, I would buy again and I would recommend to friend. The people are very nice! More

I’m very disappointed with the follow-up after my purchase. The engine light came on a week after buying the car. After speaking with my salesman, I brought it in and was told it was a simple EV sens purchase. The engine light came on a week after buying the car. After speaking with my salesman, I brought it in and was told it was a simple EV sensor issue that was repaired. Two days later, the light came back on. When I returned—at a time the salesman said he scheduled—the service department had no record of my appointment or my previous visit. Only then was I told the car needed to be taken to the manufacturer’s dealership because it’s still under warranty. Had this been explained from the beginning, I wouldn’t have wasted time traveling to Zeigler Infiniti in Orland Park. The salesman also claimed he contacted a nearby dealer on my behalf, but they confirmed no such call was made. Overall, this has been a frustrating and time-wasting experience. More

I had a positive experience so far. I’m still waiting for a part to be ordered or delivered to them so they can fix it but so far they have been very good. Questionable business practices. $2000 Lojack added to price without pre approval, I was not told of the cost prior to signing the contract. Went back to have contract rewritten and initially they refused. Provided information that what they did was illegal. A new contract was written and a limited warranty package was added instead. Miraculously the interest rate was reduced. Was given a small box when I originally bought the car, I thought it was a 2nd key fob but it was a cheap pen and keychain! Went back again to ask about this, was told the cost for the key was $230, they would do it for their cost. I expected much more from a high end dealership in a very nice suburb of Chicago. My daughter bought her car there 2 yrs before so I asked about their referral program a few times, it's been almost a month and Im still waiting to hear from them. I checked with my daughter and she also was not told of the cost of the Lojack. I won't be referring anyone there. There was also a long wait for the finace person. When will dealerships realize most people research cars before they buy and don't want all the back and forth of the deal! More
