Was patient with my questions and answered them completely. Kelly Rogers explained the paperwork in detail and meticulously went through my vehicle protection options. My only criticism was with the Sales Manager Aaron Schoenack. He really didn't seem interested in making us feel comfortable through the buying process. When we discussed my trade in he had a "take it or leave it" attitude. I could understand that he didn't want to haggle with the offer, but his attitude was very cavalier and uninterested like he had better things to do. Other than that, my experience with Sears Imported Autos was great. More
