Last week I sold a vehicle to, and leased a vehicle from Kenny Ross Mazda. When I showed interest I was contacted through text (as I preferred) and was greeted by a very helpful person who was more like a f Kenny Ross Mazda. When I showed interest I was contacted through text (as I preferred) and was greeted by a very helpful person who was more like a friend than a sales person. That awesome person is Susan Fritz. She and Jeff Blough (Sales Manager) got me what I wanted for my trade in, and worked out the payment, and buyout to my liking. I was feeling more like a friend hanging out than someone selling me a car. She is what I call "Good people". Sue knows her stuff. Finalizing everything with Chance George in Finance was a breeze as well. He made it fast, explained the numbers and reasons (to which I was already aware) and had me on my way Zoom Zooming all over Pittsburgh (Half asleep I may add due to my work schedule). I moved here from long island (NY) and had a great Mazda dealer. I finally found one in Pittsburgh that made me feel like I was at home, and even better. More
