my car was recently misdiagnosed at Gilchrist Chevrolet. When I reported to them, I was not shown any indication of taking responsibility. I had the part replaced and it didn't fix the problem. Great Service but there was a sales rep I overheard who was a creep to a female customer. He was a male,glasses, goutee, if I remember who was treating a female customer rather inappropriately.
