On my last visit I spoke to Hailey on the phone, Joe (parts) on the phone, and was helped by John in person, and all were great to work with. The old farm truck continues to hum right along. However, the blinkers weren't working. John helped get "Jake" in for a quick diagnosis. They were able to root-cause the issue. An after-market trailer connection had been installed upside down, sometime in Jake's life. The Gilchrist team was excellent communicating the issue and the path forward. Friendly reminder, we (or I rather) often forget about the "luxuries" of new cars. We are able to drive them absent minded for the most part. Everything is "automatic." Well, as it turns out, the old truck lights don't automatically turn off. I made a stop on the way home, forgot to turn off the lights, and was afforded the opportunity to re-learn how to jump-start a truck.
