She is a very kind and very helpful representative. When I mentioned that my car windows should not be opened she jumped immediately and went to the service person to let him know about it. She was very easy to talk to and to deal with. If I have to bring my old Honda again I will call Susan first. She is a great person and great professional. Thank you, Susan for everything -- Anna C.

I live out of state and was visiting family when my Honda needed service. I am seriously considering making Lia Honda my go-to Honda service dealer and ditching my Honda dealer at home!
