I had a recall on my Honda CRV and was a bit early, but was taken right in, and was told that it would take at least a couple of hours. Within a few minutes, I was escorted to the shuttle bus that brought was taken right in, and was told that it would take at least a couple of hours. Within a few minutes, I was escorted to the shuttle bus that brought me home. Then later, I was notified that my car was done and shuttle on its way For me to pick up my car. A multi point inspection was done as well as the fuel pump motor replaced, and the outside of my car was cleaned! As always Susan Kelly was the best. She made sure my 2017 Odyssey was thoroughly prepared for a trip to CA in the near future. When I mentioned the trip she knew just the service I would need. When my daughter drove from CA to here, she wanted her Honda Sport to be serviced and she called Susan. She was well taken care of. She had Susan take care of her car again when she drove back home.
