In a new town and in need of service, I pulled up to Lia Honda without an appointment as I normally would at my home dealership. Susan Kelly kindly let me know I would need an appointment and guided me into Honda without an appointment as I normally would at my home dealership. Susan Kelly kindly let me know I would need an appointment and guided me into the office to make one the following day. Even in our time of masks, she recognized me the next morning and took care of me the entire time. I was so impressed with the communication and courteous nature of Susan as well as all the employees present. I’d drive cross-country just to purchase a new Honda based solely on my experience with Lia. They are top notch! More

Rob Munson has been very helpful, honest, and informative since I started bringing my car to the dealership for service about 2 years ago. I have been utilizing this Honda Dealer for servicing my vehicles for years. I can not say enough about Sue Kelley. Sue has been my service advisor and does a great job. First thing I'd like to clear up, i had written a negative to your offices about my last interaction with your Business. I wrote that because I wrongly assumed there was work done not needed. I'm sincerely sorry for that. I was under great strain and lack of sleep at the time, (no excuse) my partner in Life died shorty before the date of that service.,She died of Brain Cancer, after four months of in hospice care and no visits last two months of her life. And not able to communicate by phone or texting last two weeks. But I have returned to your business cause i always had good service. Sue Kelly has been the person I always asked for from my last Honda CR-V, and now with my 2018 Honda CR-V. She always treated me well, and explained things when I'd ask. But I didn't ask her when I made my mistake. That was a MISTAKE on my part. Like I've stated, I wasn't in the right frame of mind. I hope all involved could please forgive my error. But, Sue Kelly is an asset to your Business, very friendly, and knowledgeable! Thanking You now. More
