Long-time relationship with the dealership and employees. I love Hondas (unsolicited comment!). I have lived in Kingston for many years and always used this dealership. Although it has changed hands a couple of times I always came in to see friendly faces and got good service. The service department worked for decades in an old building on Broadway which was really inadequate for it's purpose but everyone soldiered on and the service never suffered as a result. Sue Kelly, who helped me at my most recent service, is one of those long-time, long-suffering (and non-complaining!) people I was always glad to see there. I'm really thrillled that after the purchase of the dealership by the Hudson Valley behemoth Lia Honda they FINALLY moved into a new, elegant, sparkling, handsome building and location, directly across the street from their old place but miles away in terms of the facility, apprearance, and - I'm sure - the pleasure of working in such a pleasant physical environment, with the very latest in technology, lots of space, etc. I am so happy to come in now that I am actually pleased to find out I have a problem so I can visit! Well, I exaggerate, but you get the idea. Thank you, Sue, for always greeting me as more than a random customer, and taking such good care of myself and my several Honda vehicles! More

I've been going to this dealership for years, back when the service center was on Broadway, and have worked with Sue Kelly as my service manager for y I've been going to this dealership for years, back when the service center was on Broadway, and have worked with Sue Kelly as my service manager for years. The old place was kind of dingy and quirky, but the staff was always great and the service was excellent and fairly priced. Now under the new owner and in a brand new facility, the service and the staff are still terrific, and you wait for your service to be completed in a space that looks more like a hotel lobby than a car dealership. Nicely done, Honda! And thank you, Sue Kelly--glad to see a friendly, familiar face in the new digs! More
