My Service appointment was great. It went smoothly. I arrived on time and Sue Kelly helped me. She explained what was going to take place and she offered me coffee. I went and sat down and was glued t I arrived on time and Sue Kelly helped me. She explained what was going to take place and she offered me coffee. I went and sat down and was glued to the TV along with several other people. Before I knew it Sue Kelly called me and the car was ready. Sue has a nice personality and knows what she is doing , a real asset to Lia Honda. Thanks for running such a great service department. More

Susan called me right away to let me know the update on my car. and suggested I return my rental so I would not be charged for another day, as my car was ready for pickup. My other car is a Toyota and I use Toyota service. But although they are good, Susan outshines them all. I wish I had two Honda`s. I purchased my Honda CR-V in Pennsylvania, which is near my brothers house. I usually visit him and use Piazza Honda. But Nobody treats me as well as Susan Kelly. More

Sue Kelly is the best customer service rep EVER!! I was working with a strict budget and had to get my car repaired. I did not know what to expect and they were SO concerned and we were able to work o I was working with a strict budget and had to get my car repaired. I did not know what to expect and they were SO concerned and we were able to work out a dollar amount that fit my budget! I will continue to service my 2009 Honda here as Sue and her co-workers were so, so GREAT! Keep it up guys! More

Always a favorable experience. Debbie Gambino and Sue Kelly are the 2 best people that I have ever met at any dealership for service. They are very considerate, extremely thorough Debbie Gambino and Sue Kelly are the 2 best people that I have ever met at any dealership for service. They are very considerate, extremely thorough about keeping you apprised about what needs to be fixed NOW and what is going to need repairs soon. I know this type of information/ expense doesn't always sit well with some folks but it is how business should be done, honestly and with integrity. If you understand your vehicle and are sensible enough to realize that duct tape and bubblegum are not going to get you thru the tough times then these are the ladies to speak with. I know enough to realize what repairs my car is going to need and not once has this service department tried to force anything extra on me. I will continue to have service done here and can easily recommended them. More

Debra Gambino was a gem in helping me understand my last service and arranging for a loaner car because the work was going to take a lot of time and I live a good distance away.
