Great Emon greeted me with a beautiful smile and asked what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted. I didn't purchase it the Emon greeted me with a beautiful smile and asked what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted. I didn't purchase it the same day but went back the next day and took a test drive. Emon made me feel very comfortable. I was a little anxious about driving the new car but she put me at ease. I bought the car that day but didn't expect to take it home the same day. My other car was a mess and I wanted to clean it up. Emon was a great help. She helped clean out my old car. I was pressed for time because I had an appointment and had to leave before explaining all the workings of the new car. We made an appointment with her for the next day. We went back and she explained everything. I was disappointed that the car did not have a cd player. Emon quickly helped to put an app on my phone that would play all my favorite music on the screen in the new car!! I was so happy since I now can listen to all my music that I had on a cd!!! Emon went above and beyond to help me to be happy with the new CR-v. I feel I made a new friend. She is definitely and asset to your company. More
