Carlos Lopez, the Floor Manager, checked in without pressure — just to ensure all my questions were answered. Sunil in service went above and beyond after the sale to help me get a key programmed — something most dealers wouldn't even entertain once the paperwork is signed. And John Harmond, the General Sales Manager, was so transparent and easy to work with that the entire purchase felt smooth, clear, and even enjoyable. I visited several dealerships, including Cadillac stores, and none showed this level of professionalism or effort.
