Horrible horrible and horrible Setting up the appointment is xxxx they don’t even give you a chance to speak before placing you on hold for over 10 mins. The service agent who checks people in called the guy in front of me stupid because he didn’t drive up to him when the driveway was clear when the guy complained to the service agent Henry he basically told the guy well if he wanted to tell you that he would have told you directly then long after he gave a lousy im sorry. I even watched as the service advisors spoke about some type of overcharging and how they would find a way to get back the company doing this so their books would look good. Horrible horrible horrible over paying for vehicle service in the first place and low class customer service I rather go pay joe smoe and hope it’s done right. After the service was done they left all their garbage in the car whatever plastic used to protect the seat and all the tags with my service number. More

reception is a mess every time i called, i was put on hold immediately once the line was connected, even early in the morning when i assume it was not that busy. i have every time i called, i was put on hold immediately once the line was connected, even early in the morning when i assume it was not that busy. i have been there a couple of times. when i went to pick up my car, it seemed nobody cared why i was standing there for over 30 minutes. it happened almost every time. however, the technicians are always very friendly and patient. that's a big plus. More

Excellent Dan Dan has been my service rep for years when i bring in my car on the weekends. Always helpful and hands on when i had issues with plugging in my verizo Dan has been my service rep for years when i bring in my car on the weekends. Always helpful and hands on when i had issues with plugging in my verizon assist box. He always tells me what issues i may have and my options for solution and tries to get the best price for me. It isn't always the case that one can really trust your service person but i can safely say that i trust Dan's recommendations. More

Oil change and inspection Happy. Did leave paper residue on my dash from inspection that I had to clean even though they had the car the whole day. I forgot to had coupo Happy. Did leave paper residue on my dash from inspection that I had to clean even though they had the car the whole day. I forgot to had coupon in when I got there at 7am. I called and emailed it. When I got there to collect my car the coupon was never credited. However they did adjust my bill right there at check out. Overall good experience. More

This is a service review. My state inspection was expiring and I was going out of town so it had to get done today. Although we called on the day we needed to be seen and could not get to the dealer expiring and I was going out of town so it had to get done today. Although we called on the day we needed to be seen and could not get to the dealer before 10:30 AM, Suzanne managed to fit us in and Joelle managed to get the car inspected while I waited. An hour later I was inspected and out for $37. I have been to garages that always find something that needs fixing before giving you the sticker, but that was the furthest things from anyone's mind here. Just a winning attitude, quick service, and care. More
