I give Susanna 5 stars as she was very responsive and transparent on pricing. Where I feel this dealership falls short is on their approach to mandatory accessories. I understand that in the current market the dealer has far less volume/inventory and needs to make a little more per sale. But as a buyer, I feel it's important to have flexibility in which accessories I choose. Some were non-negotiable (and extremely high margin) which was a dealbreaker for me. I put that more on the dealership's pricing policies and not necessarily the Sales Associate. For those that do need a car right now, I would recommend Susanna as she was able to track down the car I was after (which was a bit of a niche request). Professional and courteous, even though I did not buy from them. More

Already visited a few other dealerships before this one. Some were ok, some not, and some were undescribable! It was a pleasure working with Suzanna Yim, she was very patient and detailed. I was late on all the appointments, (do not under-estimated road condition) During test drive, she make sure to answer all questions fully. Obviously did her homework. Kudos to the finance guy, who had to do paperwork so late on the day of purchase. After purchase, she answered and showed the safety features, and suggested optimal settings. Very through and helpful. Price was agreed on first visit and later additional discount, when she found out the price change on updated list. One of few dealerships that actually provides "out of the door price" when requested. That's one way not to loose a sale. Amazingly, the price didn't change at this place (actually it was lower), after the first visit. Another way not to loose a sale! Definitely get a Costco membership, it offsets the price a lot without much haggling. The "options" is negotiable! Yet another way not to loose a sale. More
