I’ve worked with a lot of car salespeople over the years, and I can sincerely say Susanna is on a different level. I work in finance, so I’m knowledgeable in pricing structure, and Susanna has consistently delivered transparent deals without any of the usual back-and-forth—and most importantly, zero pressure. She’s helped me buy a 2024 Honda Pilot, my wife’s 2026 Honda Passport, and my sister’s 2026 Honda CR-V, and every time it has been a great experience. What really stands out about Susanna is how much she cares even after the sale. When I had an issue getting reimbursed from Honda’s finance department, she didn’t just offer to help—she got me paid. She’s driven across town a few times to save me money on Ubers. She even helped me pull off surprising my sister with a new car (including the big red bow). I was referred to Susanna by a coworker who told me she’d get me the best deal—and after three purchases, I can honestly say they were right.
