I reached out to Susanna Yim regarding a new Honda Civic on July 23, asking if it was possible to accommodate a few requirements: - I gave a choice of a few colors - I asked for no front license plate b on July 23, asking if it was possible to accommodate a few requirements: - I gave a choice of a few colors - I asked for no front license plate bracket to be installed (something that seems to be possible based on a few photos here on Dealer Rater) - I asked for no additional dealer add ons (e.g. security system, tint, etc) - I asked to retain the factory paperwork (window sticker, build sheet, etc) - I asked for the possibility to inspect the under side of the vehicle before delivery While Susanna was very prompt in her responses, it seems none of the above are in the realm of possibility at Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos. I reached out to the general manager of the dealer to share my experience and received no response. Based on the reviews of other folks on Dealer Rater, I was hoping for a better experience but it seems I'll be taking my business elsewhere. More
