I was seeking a low mileage MKT which is difficult to find. Jeanne and I wanted a new car from the old factory and he succeeded in buying one from the auction which met all of our criteria. Why I like White Bear Lincoln and in particular Chris is the motivation to satisfy the customer. Chris is a true professional because he listens and understands the customers wants and needs, communicates the process to achieve, and then provides cars that mirror the customers desires. I experienced some obstacles and wanted some updates to the car before I signed my name and Chris was very accommodating.
