I had a terrible experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet. I contacted the dealership specifically about purchasing a Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with a leather interior. Salesman Syed Alam assured me the truck I contacted the dealership specifically about purchasing a Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with a leather interior. Salesman Syed Alam assured me the truck was available, and after spending time negotiating, we reached an agreed-upon price. That's when the bait-and-switch happened. Instead of honoring the deal on the truck we negotiated, I was told the vehicle didn't have a leather interior and was offered leather "for only $2,500 more." It felt like the dealership's plan was to get me committed to a purchase and then change the terms at the last minute in hopes I'd pay more. This is not how an honest dealership does business. If the vehicle you're advertising or negotiating isn't actually available as represented, say so from the beginning. Don't waste a customer's time with misleading information just to get them through the door and into the finance office. I walked away feeling deceived and frustrated. Trust is everything when buying a vehicle, and Mac Haik Chevrolet completely lost mine. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest, transparent car-buying experience. More

I was late to my appointment so the salesperson (Anthony) I was supposed to meet with was with another customer(understandably). That's when I was then greeted by Syed. He's a character and the sweetest. Great people skills, funny and definitely made me feel at ease. I felt heard and not like I was just another potential sale. Anthony came over and helped where he could while we were still there getting the I(s) dotted and T(s) crossed. They even made sure my rental was returned. The finance manager Lori Anne was incredibly personalble and nice as well. I got a pretty decent deal, considering. I got the vehicle i wanted from some pretty cool people. I'd recommend anyone in the market for a Chevy to go here and ask for my peeps, by name. You won't be disappointed More
