When I was ready to leave they said we have other truck in there back lot that would work. They show me a couple with v6 turbo with 1/2 door . I told them I am looking for a v8 for towing a camper. They told me the v 6 with turbo has more 7000 pound and after I drive I would it . I did know the truck I got has the smallest motor 2.7 165 now I feel like I got put into something that is not going to handle what want . Sorry but if any one ask I don't feel I got treated fairly. More

2017 Escape Purchase This is the 8th or 9th new car I have purchased in my lifetime and without question it was the best experience. We had been to Elder Ford in 2015 and although we did not purchase a car at that time, we were very impressed at how well we were treated. When it came time to replace my 2006 Escape, we went back. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and worked to earn our business. It is evident that the Elder family demands customer service in their business. The purchase when very smoothly and after much research prior to walking into the dealership, the price met my expectations. I highly recommend Elder Ford of Tampa. More

The vehicle I wanted turned out to have already been sold but within 10 minutes he was showing me what would be my truck, he said it was "perfect". He was right, it was a better fit for me with better options than my original pick and at a lower price. No haggles on my trade, they gave me a fair deal. Financing was quick, the dreaded signing session lasted only minutes. Picked up the vehicle the next day all detailed and pristine. Overall, a really good car buying experience.
