My vehicle had been totaled a week ago, and needless to say, I was NOT in a good mood. While our situation was extremely stressful to say the least, we met with Syed Hussain. This man gave the truest meaning to the word GENTLEMAN! Please do not mistake this gentleman for anything but patient, kind, understanding and did I say patient??? He worked with us patiently from walk in to drive out! With that being said, I would also like to mention Mr. Tran V. Nguyen. With these 2 very awesome souls, I was able to get an amazing deal and left the store needless to say feeling like I won the lottery...maybe not the gazillions but definitely a generous one! Won’t honor Uber rebate Everything was going decent until our sales person syed Husain didn’t know how to handle Uber driver rebate for new car purchase for $750. He thought Everything was going decent until our sales person syed Husain didn’t know how to handle Uber driver rebate for new car purchase for $750. He thought it’s oike a mail in rebate. The sales manager had no idea how to handle it. We went to north brook Toyota who had no issues in awarding us the rebate. Bredemann Toyota wanted us to pay the $750 from our own pocket. It’s not about money it’s just that they had no idea how to handle a simple process. Very disappointed won’t recommend this dealership for car purchase. More
