His responsiveness and patience through-out the car buying experience is beyond exceptional. Whenever I had questions or concerns, he responded immediately to ease my concerns and I never felt any pressure to buy. In my search for an F150 I had been to 4 dealerships to see vehicles and all had been sold by the time I got to the dealership including a vehicle on Syed’s lot that I fell in love with. He assured me he would keep an eye out for me and is the only salesperson that took the initiative and sent me updates on vehicles that were arriving. He sent me information on one vehicle that had just arrived, and I instantly fell in love with it. I’m happy to say that I’m now the proud owner of that vehicle. I joke that Syed never sleeps and most likely lives at the dealership. He is always responsive and always at work which is a great feeling for me as the buyer. He is plugged into the auto world and knows a lot about how to get things done. I call him a mover and a shaker. I can tell he understands that car sales is a people and relationship business and that is why I would highly recommend him to anyone and feel he has the experience and customer skills to always succeed in his position. GREAT Customer Service, Great Dealership Had problems with my truck that I have only owned for 10 days. Ended up bringing it to Koons Sterling Ford (Same dealership, different location). As soon as I walked it they took everything out of my hands and took control of the situation with the other dealership. Andre and Fredy were great help, set me up with a loaner car, and the turnaround time to fix was great. Very happy with the overall experience from Koons Sterling Ford. We saw the car (2012 Honda Crosstour) on EBay and contacted the dealer for details. Syed Hussain, was my sales agent and he was wonderful to work with. He kept in touch with me throughout the entire sales process and after the purchase as well. The team in the finance department were great in trying tried to find me the lowest possible rate on a car loan they could. While I was able to secure a loan through my local credit union, they still worked hard for me, and I appreciated their effort. Overall, a great experience! I would highly recommend Koons, and particularly Sayed Hussain! More

Lowball on your trade! Be very careful! Went here to buy a new Ford Explorer with certified funds just needed my trade paid off and of course I took it to carmax first so I knew what it was Went here to buy a new Ford Explorer with certified funds just needed my trade paid off and of course I took it to carmax first so I knew what it was worth these classless folks tried to give me a fraction of what the car was worth but when I was in my car driving away all of a sudden they could now try to match carmax. I came into a ford dealership to buy a ford not play games or to be treated like I was not serious about purchasing and was just disrespected. Thanks to them I found a better deal on my explorer and got a fair price for my trade at Kia dealership of all places so I bought a Ford Explorer which I wanted to buy from a ford dealership but got treated better and received a better deal at Kia let that sink in koons because you lost a customer because you really didn't try to do real business and people who come to your dealership looking to buy your products should always be respected and taken seriously and you need to change how you do business. More
