Even with the delays and challenges EV technology threw in her path, she went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect LYRIQ for us! Even though she was working with another prospective client when we arrived, she made sure to put us at ease and to review the features we were seeking and how well they matched all the vehicles they currently had available. Then she painstakingly helped us with the paperwork, with trading in our old car, and with figuring out how to operate all the important functions in the LYRIQ, even staying well past closing time to make sure we got our new car. She even went the extra mile to help us get the information we wanted about the maintenance schedule and on-screen notifications, tires, and OnStar registration. When it's time to replace our other vehicle we're definitely going to start looking at Penske of South Bay thanks to Synath Meas! More
