Very unprofessional. I have been a customer for 15 years, but treated very rudely. I was very humiliated to find out I had been corresponding with Madison who turned out I have been a customer for 15 years, but treated very rudely. I was very humiliated to find out I had been corresponding with Madison who turned out to be a robot. You couldnt even have a human talk to me. Then when I came in for a scheduled appointment no one knew I was coming. The agent given to me was as kind as possible but only there for 2 and a half weeks. The general manager told me something that was untrue. He did say his job was to sell cars. I believe the sales manager who had a thick accent had an attitude and seem to think I knew as much as him. I will be 80 a couple of months and have only had a cell phone for 2 yrs. I dont understand all the technically equipment. They expected me to continue to come to them although I live on the other side of town which is a good 20 minutes away. I purchased rhe car and after I left they realized they had not transferred my plates from old car to new car so I had to turn around and go back. They wanted $3000 down-payment so I brought $2500 in cash and was putting $500 on my debit card. I gave them my money and the cane back with a receipt for $2000. I asked where my other $1000 cash was and they said it wasnt there. I have always had great service so I will continue to have my car serviced there but will never buy another vehicle there and will tell my story to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
