Salesman was awesome but not finance person Timmy Torres was great. He did not pressure me as I have had in the past at other dealerships with being a female. I was told to take a seat in the waiting room and Mr. Pybas would be with me shortly. After setting there for an hour, I went looking for Mr. Torres. He asked Mr. Pybas how much longer and was told 5 minutes. After waiting another 20 minutes, I started to look for Mr. Torres again when Mr. Pybas saw me and said he was ready. What took so long. His printer was not working so he had been on the phone with the printer company for over an hour. Was not happy about having to wait. He was more concerned about his printer then taking care of a customer. There was another printer for him to use. More

How refreshing not to have a salesman turning up the heat to sell you what he thinks you should have not what you are looking for. Timmy Torres was willing to search other dealerships if they don't have in stock what you are seeking. When he couldn't provide what we were looking for they suggested other options. He showed us the alternative options and provided vehicles to test drive. Extremely patient and courteous. Although we didn't make a purchase on this visit because the vehicle we wanted wasn't available any where in the area, he will continue to search for us and we will return when he finds us the vehicle we are looking for. I will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors. More
