I just purchased a pre-owned Tesla Y from Simon and Edwin at Genesis of Ontario. I have to say the dealership is absolutely stunning and I was treated like a VIP. Not only did Edwin and Simon make the tran at Genesis of Ontario. I have to say the dealership is absolutely stunning and I was treated like a VIP. Not only did Edwin and Simon make the transaction easy and pleasant, even the GSM came in to just chat with me. It was more than a fair deal and I was in and out in under 90 mins. The finance manger was a pro and had me on my way in no time The experience was even more impressive because I too am a sales manager at another dealership and tend to be a harsh critic. These guys are absolute pros. They even let me know the windshield washer tank was defective at time of purchase and made an appointment to have it replaced. I dropped it off this morning and they delivered my Tesla back to me at my place of work, fully detailed. I can't say enough about how professional and pleasant these folks were from the sales to their service department. I hope we do as well with our customers at my dealership. Two thumbs up! More
