Great sales experience, however, they would not get my old loan paid off. They were supposed to pay off the old loan when we did our deal. Called a week later, then another week, then another and got pu old loan paid off. They were supposed to pay off the old loan when we did our deal. Called a week later, then another week, then another and got pushed to many different folks. Everyone acted nice and said "don't worry it will be paid". When they finally got around to paying it off I accrued more interest and am stuck. Poor F&I and not a business I would trust again. More
