I was unable to accept delivery of my new car due to electronic defects. I was given a rental car that was never cleaner. Dirt, sand and sticky substance everywhere. I found a defender that I wanted. They had it in inventory. I sent my money for the full cost of the vehicle from my bank to their bank. They sold it out from under me. I had to come down there and get a check from them! I ended up buying a car from the Naples dealer and it was an absolute pleasure. More
