I came in to get my 2011 XC60 serviced and ended up with buying a 2020 XC60 from Gabe Bowman. He was extremely helpful and knew all about the features of the XC60's. I was very happy to work with Gabe and he answered any questions that I had. We texted back and forth and he answered any questions I had about my new car. A big difference from 2011 with the touch screen. I am so happy that Gabe went out of his way to bring over a 2020 that was not on the lot for me to see. That is the car I ended up buying. We just picked up our new XC60 at Crown Volvo,what a pleasant experience! The finance manager TJ Muller had all the paperwork ready showed us the auto protection packages, again no hard sell, just explanations, we got everything signed and we were ready to get in our new car and go.
