Great experience with salesman Chris Cusker What a fantastic experience I had buying my brand new Chrysler 300. I stopped in on a Sunday to test drive a 'Challenger and ended up buying a 300. M What a fantastic experience I had buying my brand new Chrysler 300. I stopped in on a Sunday to test drive a 'Challenger and ended up buying a 300. My first point of contact was the sales manager TJ. I told him what I was looking for and he introduced me to Chris Cusker. Chris was awesome form the second we met. He made me feel like we were old friends and he was extremely knowledgeable on their cars. My wife and I took a Challenger out for a drive and we loved everything about it except the size of the back seat. It was just way to small for our needs. As we returned to the dealership and parked the car, we stopped to look at these two Chrysler 300's that were sitting right out front. Two 2015 300's with the original window sticker. Priced above our budget but nice to look at. TJ said if we were interested in one of them he would give us a killer deal just to get them off the lot. We took one for a test drive. It only had 60 miles on it and we fell in love with the car. TJ absolutely gave us Killer deal and we decided to purchase it. By this time it was getting later in the day and we finished up with the financing. The dealership closes at 4p on Sunday but Chris was not leaving until he went over everything with us. First he personally helped the detailer clean the car and get it ready for us to drive home. At 5p Chris was sitting in the back seat showing us how to use every feature the car came with. (AN HOUR AFTER THEY CLOSED AND THE SALE WAS FINAL HE WAS STILL THERE MAKING SURE WE KNEW HOW TO WORK EVERYTHING.)The last car I bought, I just figured out everything on my own. Chris even offered his cell phone number and said not to hesitate if we needed anything or had questions. This was THE BEST car buying experience I have EVER had. Unexpected Experience We contacted the dealership in response to a listing posted by Mike Krupka (Internet Manager) for a 2016 Town & Country mini van. Being a 2016 and in We contacted the dealership in response to a listing posted by Mike Krupka (Internet Manager) for a 2016 Town & Country mini van. Being a 2016 and in addition, a model that was being discontinued, the dealership was listing a substantially discounted price. Upon arrival, we found the van of our choice sitting out front waiting for us to test drive it. After driving it, we found that the leg room was not adequate for me, (I am quite a large man). Mike suggested that we try the new Pacifica that was sitting on the showroom floor. I was somewhat reluctant to check it out because it was a 2017 AND it was an entirely new model that was just being introduced. We felt that they would not be so anxious to discount it. We sat down with Mike and tried to negotiate a deal even though we did not expect to have anything we could afford happen. With the help of Kevin, (the finance man) and TJ (sales manager ?), we arrived at a payment close to our budget number by getting a lower interest rate and the dealer raising the value of our trade. Not being comfortable exceeding our budget, TJ said he had one last offer. To get to our budget, we had to be financing $1,000 less. He said he would discount the van another $500 if we would increase our down payment $500. So, we left with the new 2017 Pacifica and, we were able stay within our budget. We love the Pacifica. We do find we are exceeding the mileage the sticker says we should expect. So, folks, do not hesitate, Visit Jim Browns dealership and let them work on getting you want. We feel that they bent over backwards to make us happy. Thank you JimBrowne! More

He worked with by wife and I until we were able to find the options we wanted and with the Sales Mgmt. T J Pinta's help, had a truck transferred from a another dealership. Best car buying experience ever Let me start by saying that this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From the time I walked into the dealership and drove off the lot in Let me start by saying that this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From the time I walked into the dealership and drove off the lot in my Chrysler 200, I felt like I was the only customer that mattered. My salesman, Gabe Scofield, made this process as painless as possible. He listened to everything I had to say and made sure that I got the car I wanted. When I took possession of the car it was spotless, full and gas and Mr. Scofield made sure that knew the ins and outs of my car before I drove it off the lot. I can not say enough good things about this dealership and would highly recommend it to all my friends. More

Aaron was a joy to work with from the very begin I would highly recommend Jim Browne Citrus and Aaron Skinner to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. Aaron was a joy to work with from the very beginning. He has a great personality and very knowledgeable. He made our car buying experience fun. My wife and I visited a couple of other dealerships prior to Jim Browne Citrus and were less than pleased with the negotiation games, going back and forth to the Finance Manager and low ball offers for our trades. We told Aaron what we were looking for and gave him the information on our trades and his initial offer was exactly what we had in mind. No negotiating required! Duncan Marquis, the Finance Manager, was just as amazing. One of the nicest, down to earth guys you will ever meet. There was absolutely to pressure to try to up-sell us on anything. He went over all of the details and made the process enjoyable. The Sales Manager, TJ and the GM, Dale Allison were also very helpful and just great guys. The culture they have developed here is refreshing. If you are looking for a relaxed and enjoyable car buying experience, I highly recommend Jim Browne Citrus and Aaron Skinner.
