But they cleaned it up.they replaced a couple tires and didn't bother to put tire shine on like the front tires.So detail dept gets a c-.Everyone else was great.The car is fun to drive.... More

My fiancé and I were greeted by Robbie Mendola as soon as we walked into the show room. Robbie was very professional, but at the same personable and made the whole experience as simple and easy as you would want and expect! After we expressed what I wanted, he was quick to point out the best choices from the great selection of new cars. Robbie didn't hound us or push us in any direction, rather he took what I had mentioned and pointed us is several directions from the Limited models to the S sport models and everything in between. Once I and my fiancé found the one that was the best fit for us, Robbie took us back to showroom to get us into the car that we wanted! The rest of the staff were quick to help us, and it didn't take hours to have the keys in our hands, we were in and out smooth and fast, on our way home with our brand new car! My fiancé and I couldn't have asked for a better experience and it isn't going to take long for us to return to Jim Browne's Dade City location to purchase another vehicle! 2nd Vehicle Purchase Awesome experience that was better than the 1st time. We worked with Aaron Skinner who helped us our vehicle, we test drove about 5 vehicles and he wa Awesome experience that was better than the 1st time. We worked with Aaron Skinner who helped us our vehicle, we test drove about 5 vehicles and he was patient with us; he went above and beyond to make us happy. TJ worked the numbers to ensure we would be able to get the vehicle we wanted. Kevin in finance was hilarious and got us a great rate on our loan. The guys in the detailing department made our vehicle look great inside and out, and the service department put in a new battery because the old one was not holding a charge. From start to finish we spent about 4 hours at the dealership, everyone was so nice, Dale Allison talked to us making even making sure we were happy with our decision, the big boss Jim Browne was there as well. We laughed a lot because everyone was happy and made this a great experience again. More

I would like to commend Robert on his work with me, I felt as if he was a friend that was car shopping with me. He really provided seamless customer service to me and not for once did i feel pressuered to buy or was bounced from person to person. I appreciate every ones effort that worked with me and i would definitely return to buy another vehicle from them.
