We were greeted right away by Saquan. Showed us the models we were interested in, and took us for test drive. After buying two cars, it is sad and ridiculous I still am having issues with fighting for, chasing, and being lied to about where money owed to me is. I have to stay on top of what is going on constantly am having issues with fighting for, chasing, and being lied to about where money owed to me is. I have to stay on top of what is going on constantly to make sure things are going the way it should. If I do not, I am forgotten about, paperwork is lost, not processed, or just done at all. Now I am being lies and have proof in email of it. After staying a customer on the service department alone I have made the decision to move my account to Lowkey Nissan. I will miss Alex, but I am done with this headache since 2021. I gave this company a fair, fighting chance. More
