Given the fact that I hadn’t purchased a car in almost 20yrs., I was quite anxious from the start. Ultimately I really did enjoy the end result of our time at this dealership. The dealership was beautiful. We went in to get my wife's car looked at and she walked out with a new car since hers could not be at this dealership. The dealership was beautiful. We went in to get my wife's car looked at and she walked out with a new car since hers could not be fixed. However, I too got a truck. That experience was not pleasant. Although my wife and I told them.we didn't want to walk away with a truck for me.they continued to push the envelope. Eventually they brought over the sales manager and brought out something I liked and I caved. Getting to that point was super uncomfortable and I felt as though I could not leave since they had both our keys. Once I got the car and was all signed and ready it took double the time it took for them.to ready my truck than it did for my wife's car. Again I'm happy with my decision. I just didn't enjoy what it took to get there. More
