Customer service is horrible. I dropped off my car for service, two days later my service advisor quits and I didn’t get my car until a week later. My car sat there with no one knowing what happened. . . Now I was appointed a new service advisor that never answers the phone when I try to schedule an appointment for service. I leave a voicemail and don’t get a call back. I always have to call the main phone number for the service department and talk to the first service representative that picks up to get assistance. . It’s annoying and frustrating and I decided to switch to another Volkswagen location. More

So many problems this time around. Ever since the acquisition of Reeves by Morgan Al the good people have left. I had an advisor leave before looking at my car. Got switched advisors. Ever since the acquisition of Reeves by Morgan Al the good people have left. I had an advisor leave before looking at my car. Got switched advisors. A tech that couldn’t find the problem I came for, then created another, and then that magically disappeared when I said not to look into it further. Then when I picked up my car because of a notice I got sent to pick it up, half the car was still apart with parts on the dashboard. While the advisors and manager were pleasant when fixing the problem given it was nearly out of their direct control, there wasn’t anything other than an apology. Reeves was a place I trusted, but not sure how much I can trust what Morgan is saying and probably won’t be coming back unless it’s to fix an issue they created. More

They have short staff, I dropped my car at 9: am and I got the diagnostic around 3:30 pm after I bothered them with my phone calls to see what is going on. Most of the previous employees that I know wer got the diagnostic around 3:30 pm after I bothered them with my phone calls to see what is going on. Most of the previous employees that I know were quit because of the new Owners and the new management as I heard. I hope the new management will take this comment in consideration. Thank you. More

It took a significant amount of time to even receive my car for a light bulb change and strut mount repair. The advisor failed to mention the labor cost on the light bulb change which is the most expensive car for a light bulb change and strut mount repair. The advisor failed to mention the labor cost on the light bulb change which is the most expensive I’ve ever paid especially after not checking to see if I had a faulty bulb when they did the change on my ballast for my light. To say I had sticker shock was an understatement. I’m honestly unhappy about most of how the whole ordeal was handled. More

This is the absolute best Volkswagen dealership service department I have ever been to and I am from Texas. They did very speedy work, very thorough work, kept me informed, sent a video of them actually wo department I have ever been to and I am from Texas.
