The vehicle dealership/purchase experience was not high pressure, but more of an advisory experience. Trey's knowledge of vehicle features that concerned us was very helpful. We had a follow up visit from Morgan Franklin, the Encore Specialist, 3 weeks after the purchase at our home. She did an outstanding job going through all the features of the vehicle. She spent close to 2 hrs. with us. That was not expected, but much appreciated! Her visit made both me and my wife more comfortable with navigating all the features of our 2024 Land Rover Sport.
