When I test drove the vehicle before I signed the paperwork the engine and tire pressure indicator light was on. I was told it would be fixed before I took possession. When I showed up 3 days later with the checks the tire pressure indicator was still on. They said they ran a full diagnostic on the vehicle so I don’t know how they missed the tire indicator. The car hadn’t been cleaned either. What should have been a 20 minute visit took over 3 hours. While driving home I noticed the oil had only 18% life left, I would have thought all the cars on the lot would have had an oil change. Additionally, everyone there knew I drove three hours to get there so even though it wasn’t expected leaving with more than 1/8 of a tank would have been nice. More

Drove over 3 hours to buy a Tesla and it wasn’t charged or ready. I put down a deposit before and you knew I was buying it and how far I was driving to get there. We had to drive under 65 mph the whole ride home. That left us with only 2% charge left. More
