Brandon, My email is in your files. Other than you quoting one number and Kia another for my lease buyout, I had no real issue THIS time. Dave Long was a good guy to work with. The issue was in 2022 the finance criminals FORCED me to add on items that I did not want or need. I felt like I paid twice for things they added on by buying off of lease. IF I understand correctly it is now illegal to force add on items a customer does NOT want just to do the deal. I told Dave I wanted to pull the lease agreement out and discuss it when I was there but it did not get done. I also asked for the Regional Manager's name for KIA and it was not provided. You also have my phone # in the file if you want to discuss.
