He gave us multiple options and made the process completely stress-free. As our appointment approached, Sage stayed in touch and reached out to confirm that the scheduled time still worked for us, which we really appreciated. He took the time to truly listen to our needs and helped us find a vehicle that was perfect for our growing family and stayed within our budget. Sage was very personable, easy to work with, and never made us feel pressured to make a decision. He showed us several great options and made sure we felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. Thanks to his help, we found the perfect vehicle with plenty of space and all the features we were looking for. Highly recommend Sage Herrera to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience! Tanner was also great he was able to get my payment to my requested amount and quickly became my 9 y/o daughter’s favorite employee by sharing some of his Pokemon cards with her. The salesmen David was very helpful. The dealership itself was crowded and undersized for the amount of vehicles. There was trash on the ground outside the dealership, blowing around. The vehicle I was looking at actual had bird crap on it in multiple spots. Obviously hadn't been detailed. As I found paperwork from previous owner. And dog hair on the seats. While inspecting it for purchase I found several hail dents, which in fairness the dealership had their pdr tech pull out nicely. They couldn't locate the spare key. So if you buy be sure to either have the key or write it up for a" we owe". Smart keys are expense. At last conversation they were contacting previous owner.Thats on me for not being more attentive. The vehicle itself was just pasted the 24000 miles maintenance;. but doesn't show in Kia connect as having been serviced. So potential warranty issues. Although, they have changed the oil. Overall, I got a little better price for it. Which was my goaled. But the dealership itself left some to be desired. Maintenance was spotty and left me a little unsure. I contacted the GM concerning a question on the warrant. He responded back promptly with an answer. So good and bad. Be safe. More

Don't know why you make an appointment when they will move people before you. They dont really want to be transparent with their pricing on Lease buyouts. Kia quotes one number and dealer quotes another. On the lease in 2022 they forced me to buy addons or would not do the sale pricing on Lease buyouts. Kia quotes one number and dealer quotes another.
